"Bringing distinctive beauty to the Pendik area, the Ondörtüç project is designed to bring peace, harmony and beauty to its residents and a visually new lifestyle to the neighborhood. The complex has all the necessary amenities to meet residents' immediate needs, as well as sports, entertainment and recreational facilities in a perfect and peaceful environment. There are three important features in a residential complex, besides living units:
First, overall silhouette and form and the elevation should be highly prominent and contribute to the neighborhood. Secondly, entrances should make an impact on the neighborhood and its residents. The concept, designed using our studio's 55 years of experience, consists of two main functions: residential and commercial (stores), as well as support units for these functions. A swimming pool, spa, fitness center and cafes all serve residents."
